I really enjoyed the room with a kitchen. My bed was exceptionally comfortable. The hotel is right by an old smoke-filled casino and a restaurant. The property is only 1 mile away from Saugstad Park.

Extended stay advertised to include kitchen utensils, pots and pans, dishes, glasses, cups and utensils, not to mention toaster and coffee maker. Our room had none of the above mentioned items. We checked in with dinner and breakfast groceries and were in disbelief at the fact that we didn't even have a glass to pour ourselves a drink of water from the faucet. The fridge had ice cube trays but no ice and no ice machine on the premises, which was a three story building. Not happy campers, that's for sure. We felt sorry for the one staff employee they had who was trying his best to do reception, front desk, housekeeping, etc.

The rooms are nicely furnished and quiet here with a microwave oven and other than a microwave oven, as for instance. We would stay here again next year.

Reasonably clean, pet-friendly hotel. I enjoyed well-appointed and good-sized rooms. The affable staff were welcoming. The position of the venue was good, close to softball fields. Marco Dog Park was just 1 mile away.

The day I left this dump!!!

I didn't like the rude staff to the manager, the dirtiness of the place, the so called breakfast, and the false advertisement. I reserved what I thought was a one bedroom suite, to later be told when I arrived that they gave my room away to someone else. I asked why wasn't I informed of this, and the rude worker stated they thought it wouldn't matter. Ummm, I reserved the specified room for a reason. Then he stated I could just stay somewhere else. That would have been an awesome idea if it wasn't the junior Olympics and everything was already booked up. I received very dirty dishes, room service does not come to clean your room unless you pay $15/day. What sense does that make. I definitely made a mental note to myself, that I would never stay in this dump ever again!!!!

the room was very separate, comfy bed. and the bathroom was clean. as for me, the location was favourable, close enough to a mall and the claim jumper restaurant and the north bay and different restaurants.

Definitely, there was swimming pool missing.

The rooms were really nice, with modern furniture and two comfy queen beds. I loved having a kitchen in the room to cook my own meals 🍳.

The front desk refunded our room without any hassle.

Requested a non-smoking room at reservation. Emailed front desk to remind them. Got there at 10pm and no non-smoking rooms and a very iffy clientele and neighborhood.

It was loud, it smelled like pot and some of the hand towels looks dirty or like they had stains on them. But your front desk was great and helpful

The rooms with 2 queen beds. Free parking on site provided. Easy check-out. Marvelous location close to softball fields.

Reliable place to stay. My go to first choice for the price, location and comfort.

No security... A guy approached me just as I parked and asked for a hand out. Kinda caught me off guard. Found out he was not an guest because he was staying/sleeping underneath the overhang of the building.

It was nice to have a rerigerator, microwave and utensils.

The bed was like a cardboard box. My back is still hurting from it days later. The feel of the room was like a office, cold.

Comfortable rooms with two twin beds and a kitchenette. it was a really nice stay! 🌟

Some kind of night light or light in the bathroom without a fan so I could find the bathroom during the night.

The washcloths and hand towels were so dingy they looked like they had been previously used by a mechanic with greasy hands. The towels had lint all over them. The pillowcases and sheets had some sort of lint all over them. The room which was non-smoking smelled so much of cigarettes that I had to sleep with the windows open to try to dissipate the smell and nearly froze doing it.
